 Feature:
The machine frame is manufactured of heavy duty steel plate to minimize vibration and deflection. All parts of the machine can be easily obtained for maintenance and service . Under the sanding aggregate and the pressure rollers , It's the stable feed table.Around the table,it runs an endless anti-slip conveyor belt.The drive is powered by a strong feed motor and a varible speed control from 4 to 16 meters per minute. The conveyor belt is adjustable with an auto tracking unit. The sanding belt runs around the contact drum and the tension(or idle) roller. The tracking of the sanding belt is achieved by an electric-eye.Suitable for heavy process on laminating board and solid wood.

MICRO-COMPUTER THICKNESS SETTING:
This machine employs a micro-computer for high accuracy and fast
setting of thickness.
ANTI-KICKBACK FINGERS:
The anti-kickback fingers are provided in front of spiral cutter head for
eliminating the danger of panel kickback.
AUTOMATIC TRACKING CONTROL OF CONVEYOR BELT:
Employs pneumatic system for automatic control of conveyor belt
running track, which ensures normal track at all times.
AUTOMATIC BRAKE:
Employs a disc type braking system. In case of insufficient air or power
failure, the machine brakes instantly for safety.
COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY GUARDS:
- Emergency stop button.
- Body activated emergency stop bar.
- Sanding belt tracking limit control.
- Automatic machine stop in the event of power failure.
- Contact drum no running in case of loose tension of the sanding belt
SPIRAL CUTTER HEAD:
- The precision machined spiral cutter head is mounted in front of
sander head.
- It gives heavy duty planing capacity, low noise running and extremely
fine surface of cut.
- The spiral cutter head is fitted with tungstein carbide knife inserts,
permitting for use on four edges. Frequent knife sharpening is eliminated.
